1 hour (1 hour 15 mins for first appointment, subsequent appointments 1 hour).

Welwyn Garden City / Welwyn Home Visit: £52.00
1 hour (1 hour 15 mins for first appointment, 1 hour for subsequent appointments).

Others areas – £55.00 – £60.00 price on request.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to appointment, failure to do so will incur full charge.

I wasn’t sure what to expect at first and was a little apprehensive. Linda took time to explain to me what Reflexology is and after discussing what I wanted from the treatment I had 4 treatments over 8 weeks. During this time I definitely noticed an improvement in my general health and felt more relaxed and fewer headaches. Very professional and caring.

I have been having Reflexology treatments on a monthly basis for the last 6 months and during this time, I can say my sleep pattern has become more regular and I feel refreshed after a deeper sleep. Linda is very approachable and knowledgeable. Although sceptical at first, I found reflexology good for feeling at ease within myself and I felt more focused, energised and motivated as a result of a course of treatments.

I first experienced Reflexology with Linda as part of her course work case studies. Since then I have had Reflexology treatments as and when I feel I need it. I find the treatments deeply relaxing and after feel rebalanced. Linda is a great therapist.

I find it difficult to find time to relax and de-stress and heard that Reflexology could be an option to encourage some time-out from being busy. After the initial consultation Linda discussed what I wanted to get out of the treatment and tailored the sessions to include lots of relaxation techniques and the result has been improved sleep and mood.

After a very stressful few months, I decided to try reflexology to see if it could help with my low immunity and anxiety levels. Linda was recommended to me and the session was great. It was relaxing, therapeutic and helped me to have the best nights sleep that I have had for months! Many thanks and I will definitely be back for more sessions.

After months of lockdown I had my first ever Reflexology treatment in July this year and it definitely helped with feelings of stress.
