Welcome to Herts Reflexology

I have always had a keen interest in complementary therapies and have experienced various holistic treatments to aid my own wellbeing and encourage relaxation.

In 2003 after spending twenty plus years working for corporate organisations as a Sales and Marketing Manager I decided to retrain as a Holistic Reflexologist. In 2005, I gained an ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology and Anatomy and Physiology.

Over 20 years later and with many Clients enjoying the benefits that Reflexology can bring I am still as passionate about Reflexology as the first time I opened the course text book and was shown a “map of the feet”.

My interest hasn’t waned and every Client treatment I give, I learn something new.

My approach is to treat each Client as an individual and after a detailed consultation, together we agree a plan and tailor the Reflexology treatment as appropriate. Some Clients are seeking a one-off treatment, others book a course of treatment for a variety of reasons.

Herts Reflexology operates from a relaxing treatment room based in Welwyn Garden City and local home visits to Welwyn, Codicote, Wheathampstead, Kimpton, Datchworth, Aston, Knebworth, Hertford, Barnet, Hatfield, St. Albans and Harpenden can also be accommodated.

In my spare time I enjoy volunteering and have been a volunteer with Communities 1st working as an NHS Volunteer on the COVID-19 vaccination programme during 2022.  I also work as a volunteer Reflexologist at Isabel Hospice based in Welwyn Garden City.

I wasn’t sure what to expect at first and was a little apprehensive. Linda took time to explain to me what Reflexology is and after discussing what I wanted from the treatment I had 4 treatments over 8 weeks.
